RENNES: attendees have to book their hotel themselves. Please see our Useful lodging information [PDF]
SAINT-MALO, the "Palais du Grand Large" conference center has already booked hotels rooms with negotiated prices. The registration form includes the hotel accomodation choices. Registered attendees will receive a confirmation by email or fax giving the name and location of the hotel and prices. Hotels are very close to the conference (a 10 min walk) and mostly within the city's walls.

Cancellation

Fees will be returned in full for any written cancellation before October 18, 2004. No refund will be made in respect of cancellation received after this date.
