The room rate will be US $89 for single or double. These rates are exclusive of applicable sales/room tax, currently twelve (12) percent. The above special rates will apply at least three (3) days prior to and three (3) days after the Meeting dates based on availability to accommodate those who wish to extend their visits.

AMENITIES
All guestrooms offer complimentary 1-800 calls, coffee and coffee makers, hairdryers, iron and ironing board, voice mail, and complimentary cable TV including HBO.

The Hotel offers room service, one restaurant, complimentary parking, shuttle service to and from local areas of interest, including the Annapolis Mall, US Naval Academy, historic downtown Annapolis, and the City Dock are, and complimentary use of the on-site fitness center.

RESERVATIONS
All reservations will be made by individuals by telephone (+1-410-224-3150 or 800-333-3333) or by way of the IEEE Computer Society's housing form mailed or faxed (+1-410-224-3413) directly to the reservations department. Attendees will reference IEEE Computer Society ISSRE when making reservations. The reservation cut-off date will be Monday, 28 October 2002 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time. Reservations received after this date will be accepted by the Hotel on a space available basis at the conference rates. Modifications made to existing reservations after this date will be treated as advance reservations.

The Hotel will require a deposit in advance from individual guests to guarantee a particular reservation. To guarantee an individual reservation, a guest must either (1) send a check or money order covering the first night's room rate plus applicable sales tax, or (2) send a signed letter or card number authorizing the Hotel to charge the room deposit and applicable sales tax to the guest's major credit card, or (3) give the guest's major credit card by telephone. Guaranteed reservations are held until at least 6:00 am the following morning, at which time the reservation and deposit are forfeited. Should guests cancel a reservation, deposits will be refunded by the Hotel if notice is received prior to 6:00 pm on the arrival date. The Hotel will allow name changes without any penalty. All guaranteed reservations will receive either written or verbal confirmation from the Hotel.

The Hotel's check-in time is 4:00 pm. The Hotel's check-out time is 12:00 pm. Guests are permitted to check in earlier or check out later subject to room availability.
